Pam is living the best life she offers Hotova CrossFit’s clients. She is an excellent coaching fit for our Active classes, particularly members seeking transformation, because Pam has been there and done that.

A native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Pam and her husband Mark have called Buffalo home for years. They have two adult children.In her day job, Pam works for the Animal Humane Society.Of course, Pam enjoys spending time with her family and pets when she’s not at work or working out.

Pam grew up playing volleyball and tennis. She also enjoyed running, but later got incredibly bored with her running routine, and, “I was still not feeling good about how I looked and felt,” she said.

What’s to love about CrossFit? Pam said she loves that there’s no thinking about planning a workout; it’s just a matter of showing up and going for it. Pam’s favorite exercise is burpees, and her favorite lift is the power clean. As for her favorite workout, it’s whatever is on the board for the day.

Pam coaches Active classes weekday evenings and some Saturday morning Partner WODs. She’s excited about continued growth and opportunity in all areas of fitness and wellness at Hotova CrossFit. Her personal CrossFit goal is “to be great when I’m old, well, older,” but she has some honest, simple advice for anyone considering this kind of lifestyle: “Patience and consistency are key. You will see results if you commit to the process,” Pam said.
