As CrossFit grows in popularity in Buffalo, Minnesota and everywhere, we at Hotova CrossFit are committed to meeting and exceeding the needs of our clients. Some are early risers, and we love getting our day going with the 5:30 a.m. class. We are excited to announce that beginning Monday, April 27, Hotova CrossFit will now offer the 5:30 a.m. class each weekday! The time may seem daunting, but we guarantee once you try it, you will be hooked. The certified coaches at Hotova CrossFit promise a great workout– All you have to do is show up!

Hotova CrossFit is a community-built workout group for all fitness levels. If you feel out of shape, if you have never stepped in a gym, or if you just want to be active and healthy, come on in!
