- 4-5 lbs whole chicken
- 2 strips of bacon
- 1 cup of rice
- 8oz of mushrooms
- pepper, 1/2 lemon and salt
marinate chicken with salt, pepper, and lemon. Put it aside. In a small bowl mix
rice, mushroom and olive oil , salt and pepper to taste. Fill up the chicken with the mix. Put
chicken in a crock pot and put the bacon on top of chicken. Cook it for 8 hours in low heat.
To get that crispy golden color ( remove chicken from crock pot into a tray) broil the chicken
in the oven for 5min on high.
