“I’m bored… there’s nothing to do…” Hotova Summer Kids Camp can put an end to the whining and the sitting. Kids Camp was created with one goal in mind: healthy kids! Our trained, certified coaches will encourage your child to get outside and be active in ways that are healthy, safe, educational, and, most of all, FUN! The Hotova Summer Kids Camp runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings for one hour for the whole summer. Class will be different every day, but will include a variety of exercises designed to improve quality of life. All workouts are age-appropriate and tailored to individual needs and fitness levels. Kids Camp will help children develop team-building skills, leadership, imagination and much more. Along with the physical workouts, kids will have daily challenges to encourage healthy nutrition, sportsmanship and good character.
Summer is the perfect time for teenagers to try something new! Get off the couch… step outside the comfort zone… train a little harder… master a different skill. The Hotova Teens Strength and Conditioning Program offers opportunities to improve endurance, agility, coordination, strength, speed, power, balance, stamina, flexibility and accuracy. This hour-long, three-times- a-week class will build strength and conditioning, helping teens develop skills that carry over to competitive sports or foster fitness for healthy living. The class is led by a trained, certified coach, with programming designed especially for developing bodies. Teens will experience a variety of weightlifting, gymnastics and endurance workouts, in addition to taking on fun and exciting challenges, such as tire flips, rope climbs, sled drags, and more! Every workout is unique, and all are tailored to individual teen fitness levels.
