The Time to QUIT is Now

The new year is upon us, and that is the perfect time to QUIT.

QUIT procrastinating.
QUIT making excuses.
QUIT complaining about how tired you are.
QUIT feeding poor eating habits.
QUIT paying for a gym membership you don’t use.
QUIT drinking soda.
QUIT making time for others but not for yourself.
QUIT trying to do it on your own.

The best way to QUIT your bad behavior is to START down the path to healt and fitness.  That path begins at the front door of Hotova CrossFit.  We have a beginner class that starts tomorrow (Monday) and runs three days a week at 5:30 p.m.  It’s just one hour a day for 12 sessions.  In addition to carefully planned workouts led by highly trained coaches, we can advise you on sleep, diet, and all aspects of wellness.  You will find more information about Beginners’ CrossFit, along with our facility, our coaches and all of our programs here on the website.
