Protein Balls

Ingredients:

1 ½ Cup of Oat Meal (raw)

1 Cup of Milk

2 Tbsp of Peanut Butter

2 Tbsp of Honey

1 Cup of Coconut Flakes

1.5 oz Chia Seeds

2 Scoops of Protein Powder

Preparation:

In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together. Cover it up and refrigerate for about 2 hours. To make the protein balls scoop it out with a table spoon and roll the balls with your hands.
