Our FitCamp is a 6 weeks program worth of nutrition (grocery list + recipes), InBODY Composition (So we have a base line from where you stand to where you want to be), group work out (3x a week @Hotova, you will join a fun, energetic functional movement  class led by a professional, experienced coach).
