Introduction Program focuses on skill development and exposure to CrossFit basic movements. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes. A coach will design a personalized nutrition plan and take beginning body fat measurements and body composition analysis to establish a baseline for progress. The main focus with this introductory program is to build a solid foundation to help you achieve your fitness goals.

We’ve all been there, and that’s why Hotova CrossFit created Active. It’s the go-between program for anyone who is not yet sure about CrossFit, but who knows it’s time to do something.

Active is a balanced fitness approach, combining strength and conditioning training with mobility. Unique programming means a class never gets bogged down with a routine, so members cannot get bored.This class does not include any heavy barbells or overly challenging lifts; it does, however, utilize many other tools, such as kettlebells, dumbbells, and medicine balls,for a fun and exciting training experience.Classes are high-energy, filled with community support, and led by a professional, certified coach.
