Conquering the Burpee Blahs

Burpees are a big part of CrossFit.  Not many people love burpees.  But burpees are a great, full-body exercise.  Done repetitively, they strengthen the core and build endurance.  At Hotova CrossFit, we had a 100-burpee challenge and then went out to celebrate as a community.  Everyone who competed was glad they did…  And we bet they will even do it again!
